We carry out management and maintenance as a service: IN-use. IN-use prolongs the life of your application, thanks to professional management in the form of technical application, problem, incident and change management, together with a proactive service team.

IN-use provides you with a transparent Service Level Agreement (SLA). You can also subscribe to a management budget for preventive and adaptive maintenance. With our standard guaranteed response times, you can be assured of a rapid response in the event of a calamity. In addition to maintenance and management, we also provide training for users, or induction programmes for your new colleagues.

The monthly costs for IN-use are estimated on the basis of the functional design or an initial assessment by Finalist experts. A clearly specified SLA with fixed cost structure and fixed customized maintenance budget.
