An e-learning environment for War Child psycho-social training programs. Together with War Child methodology department Butterflyworks redesigned both the look and feel of the program called 'I Deal, Big Deal' and the training of facilitators, developed an e-learning environment, restructured and edited the training texts and developed with illustrator Robert Bouwman a series of illustrations to explain the activities. The overall aim of all these actions was to enhance the quality of the training materials and thus the trainings given and the ease of use for new trainers and facilitators. All this with the aim of reaching more young people in post conflict zones and helping them regain control and joy in their lives.

The program is ongoing in Columbia, Uganda, Sierra Leone, Afghanistan, DRC Congo and the Middle East.

Finalist developed the e-learning solution with open source Content Management System: CMScontainer.
