Finalist IT Group is a Dutch IT service provider, specialising in consultancy, projects and application maintenance. Well-known for customized open source, Java and Ruby software solutions. Finalist was set up in 1994 by its present CEO Jean-Luc van Hulst. In The Netherlands Finalist is situated in Rotterdam, Amsterdam and Eindhoven and has 65 employees. Abroad Finalist has offices in New York (U.S.) and Beijing (China).
